PRINCE WILLIAM PARKS
The Prince William Park Authority is an independent county agency
run by eight appointed directors.
Baldwin Park
Located behind the Manassas museum, Baldwin Park is a popular site
for children's birthday parties. The park offers a playground with
slides, swings and a picnic table.

Ben Lomond Regional Park
Ben Lomond Regional Park offers softball and soccer fields; a Little
League field, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts; a playground;
water park; picnic pavilions; and hiking trails.

Brentsville Historic Recreation Area
12249 Bristow Road Phone:792-7060 Facilities on its 18 acres include
the historic former county courthouse, jail house and an old one-room
school, as well as two baseball and softball fields, a soccer field, a
picnic area and a nature trail.
The Chinn Aquatics and Fitness Center

The center offers an Olympic sized swimming pool, a recreational pool,
a large gymnasium, raquetball courts, day care
facilities, weight rooms, aerobics rooms, a sauna, whirlpools and a
youth lounge. The Chinn Regional Park, in which the center is located,
also offers soccer fields, hiking trails and a picnic pavilion,
as well as Chinn Regional Library. Was closed for a week in
September for routine maintenance and improvements. Improvements to
the Chinn Center include new lockers in the women's locker room and
painting throughout the building. Citizens are invited to visit these
newly renovated County facilities.
Prince William County Recreational Complex
7 County Complex Court off Davis Ford Road near Hoadly Road between
Woodbridge and Manassas.. Phone: 590-9292 Formerly known as Davis Ford
Park, it is home to the Prince William Cannons Class A professional
baseball farm team, which plays its home games at G.Richard Pfitzner
Stadium on the grounds of the complex. Softball leagues, also call the
complex home, playing nightly on four lighted fields.
Splashdown Waterpark
Opened in 1996 at Ben Lomond Park, just off Sudley Manor Drive
in Sudley. The park has a "lazy river," water slides, a
children's pool, picnic pavilions that are available for group rental
and a lap swimming pool for those who enjoy traditional water
activity. Splashdown charges admission for all who enter, except
children under age 2. Admission prices as well as park hours
vary throughout the season, so call (703) 361-4451 for information.
Veteran's Memorial Regional Park
End of Featherstone Road, Woodbridge. Phone:491-2183 This
78.3 acre park features softball fields, lighted tennis courts; a
public swimming pool and water slide, a community center and indoor
gym, ball fields, soccer and football fields, horseshoe pits, a
creek-side nature trail, lighted outdoor basketball courts and the
Scott D. Eagles Memorial Skateboard Park.
Waterworks
Opened in 1991 at Andrew Leitch Regional Park in Dale City, 5301 Dale
Blvd., Dale City. The county's first water park includes water slides,
water toys, sprinklers and a kiddie pool. Call (703) 680-7612 for
