People Helping People
United - Unique Expressions Production This is a grass roots
non-profit organization that offer the youth and young adult the
opportunity to be a part of a theater production company that
focuses on using the performing arts for the purpose of not only
entertaining but also as a tool for developing self-esteem and
leadership qualities.
They try to educate the public on issues that surround and
influence that youth today through drama. They offer positive
solutions to negative circumstances and try to transform young
lives. They also foster enthusiasm and a positive self-image in our
youth. They gently nudge our youth towards reaching for the
seemingly impossible and to settle for nothing less than their
very best.
Our youth play an active role in our workshop by creating
original monologues, songs and dance routines. They perform our
plays for schools: Middle & high, Government agencies, community
centers and church youth groups. Unique Expressions Production taylor
their plays to
accommodate themes and the needs of each individual school,
church or community event. They also feel that drama is a powerful tool
